Nine members appointed by County Council, one per district. Meets the second Tuesday at 6:00 PM at the Government Center. Reviews land-use applications, major-subdivision preliminary plats, comprehensive-plan updates, and zoning-text amendments. Recommendations are forwarded to Council for action.
